Producer, Bangladesh, took time to speak with Vaughn Alvarez (founder of TheBrandyBlog.com), about his involvement on Brandy’s new album, “Two Eleven”. Bangladesh speaks candidly about the recording on his tracks on “Two Eleven”, working with Rihanna on “Cockiness”, and he also gives advice to upcoming producers while opening up about his childhood and family.

On the ‘Two Eleven” track “Let Me Go” and using a Sweedish-Pop sample:
“I’m always chopping up vocals and things…It’s nothing to do it, but to do it. [It’s] not really a science to it, I be in the zone and things….and it just happened.”
On Being Called the “Future” by Brandy:
“It takes a special person to just let you rock and do your own thing – and Brandy she just be wit’ it and it worked.”
On the ‘Two Eleven” track “So Sick”:
“Sick was just a dope track, it was originally for Justin Bieber [the track].”
On His Family:
“My kids keep me humbled and grounded..”
On Recording Gospel Music:
“I grew up on gospel music, I would do it – but it hasn’t walked into my studio yet.”
On His Artist ‘Fast Life’:
“Fast Life…I think he is the dopest rapper..He is the future for real…”
